Managing your quota and plan

The four tiers, Pitch-Pack overage, annual billing, and founding-member pricing.

Used pitches show in the top-right of /app. Four tiers, each with a different quota model.

  • Free. Two lifetime exposés to try the tool. No card required. No monthly refill — once used, Free is done.
  • Solo. Three exposés per month. For the solo producer without a researcher. €179/month standard; €149/month in the Open Beta with the beta price locked for your first six months.
  • Producer. Ten exposés per month. €990/month. Priced against a freelance researcher (€960 for three days on one pitch, or €990 for ten pitches here).
  • Studio. Unlimited exposés. €1,990/month. For production companies at volume.

Solo, Producer, and Studio quotas reset on the first of each month. Free doesn't reset.

Pitch-Pack — one-time overage

If you need one or two extra exposés without jumping a tier, buy a Pitch-Pack. One-time purchase, not a subscription.

  • Pitch-Pack (1). One extra exposé for €149.
  • Pitch-Pack (5). Five extra exposés for €499 (bulk discount).

Pack credits are consumed automatically once your monthly quota is exhausted, so you don't have to think about it. Credits expire ninety days after purchase. You'll see the option in the upgrade dialog when you hit your limit.

Annual billing

Solo, Producer, and Studio each have an annual option that saves twenty percent (more than two months free). Annual is recommended — it locks your rate for longer and is the cleanest cashflow arrangement for both sides.

Upgrading

Go to Account → Billing, or click Upgrade from the quota banner in /app. Stripe handles the checkout. Solo's €149 beta price is locked six months from your signup date; after that, billing rolls to the €179 standard rate automatically. Founding-tier members (first ten producers at €790) have a separate twelve-month grandfather lock on the Producer tier.

Cancelling a founding-priced subscription permanently forfeits the lock. Resubscribing later uses the current standard rate. Think twice before cancelling.
